As the world gets more and more based in technology, will the traditional artist (one that paints, draws, etc.) be phased out?

I feel that the traditional artist will not be phased out due to technology. While technology has exponentially gained a larger foothold in most industries, there will always be a need for the traditional artist in some capacity. Also, the traditional artist is very resourceful and creative in applying their skills in new ways. Regarding an artist's individual work, I believe their traditional skills are a foundation for any future learning into the digital age. Artists can learn any computer software, but it is their foundational skills that taught them how to think.

Although digital art is definitely making art more accessible for people who wouldn't have the money to buy traditional art material, I don't think physical art will ever die out.
There's something so unique about actually using your hands to create something. Not even 3D printing could take away or replace traditional ceramics.
I don't think traditional art will die out. Digital art is definitely growing and technology is being implemented in the art process more and more but I feel that it'll create a stronger appreciation for physical art.
Hi Nathan. I wanted to add some further comments as I was thinking about this discussion. I wanted to add that many people limit art to drawing, painting, sculpture etc. Many forget that art also includes acting, cooking, music etc. In my onion these forms of art will never be replaced by technology.
I don’t believe that it will ever die out for a few reasons. First off, there will always be artistic people who have the desire to create . Secondly , physical art from the past will always be used and kept on display to inspire the future generations.
